Luiza Galbraith
Biography
I am an artist from Ukraine. I’ve been drawing since the age of four and am self-taught. I have participated in Ukrainian and international art competitions and have been a part of both group and solo art exhibitions. Nature has inspired me all my life. I have a deep love for animals and plants and derive immense pleasure from drawing them. In my works, I strive to capture the vast diversity of nature and its magic. I predominantly use oil paints. My mission is to create pieces that act as a bridge between the viewer and the familiar landscapes we often overlook. I aim for the viewer to take a closer look at the surrounding world, to relish its beauty, and to feel the harmony of nature. My art pieces, dedicated to the natural world, remind us of the need to slow down and reconnect with nature, even if just for a moment. My process involves a detailed study of the obvious, careful observation, and analysis of the subject to deeply unveil it. My challenge is to go beyond the ordinary and reflect my unique self in my works.
